Customers are requested to leave the house tidy and clean.You don't have to vacuum the bedrooms, but you need to mop the kitchen.

House rules
*Smoking is only permitted in the living-room and the kitchen (not in the bedrooms)
*Please take care to acquaint yourself with the fire emergency information.
*Please use water and energy sparingly.
* Enter the house with respect. Don't run, be quiet after midnight. The extra room is only accessible after payment. This is no playroom for children.
*Leaving your bedroom? please close the door behind you. Our cats love to snooze on your bed.
*The bed covers are meant for the beds only, so please don't take them elsewhere (e.g. the garden).
*Arrival after consultation. e.g. 16.00 h
*Departure: You must leave your room before 12.00 h.
*Making a fire in the garden is permitted at the assigned spot on condition that you bring your own wood and don't gather it on the grounds.
*Please obey the instructions. We put them up for a reason.


Please bring your own bed linen. If necessary it can be rented on the spot at € 5 per person.

Any Prices quoted may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
