If booking for one week, arrival and departure are on Saturdays. In case of online reservation you receive an invoice per-email immediately. We request a 50 % down payment. The other 50% is due one month in advance. If there is no damage to the interior or buildings, you receive the entire deposit in return. Bungalow.Net will book the amount into your account in approximately two weeks after your holidays' end. If there is any damage, please report this. The deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs. The house is meant for families and couples. Unfortunately we do not accommodate groups of youngsters. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Bring your own bath towels for the beach. There is no additional charge for electricity/water and tourist tax. The landlord or caretaker will contact you ca. 3 weeks prior to your arrival to arrange the transfer of the key. If you wish, you can be transferred to and from the airport at a charge of € 25 to and € 25 fro. Indicate if you want to use this service when booking. Payment will be taken care of on the spot. Also to be paid on the spot: € 60 End cleaning. A cot is available at request. (Indicate if you want to use it when booking). There's a charge for it to be paid on the spot. The house is at the tenant's disposal from 15.00h. The tenant is requested to leave the house before 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure due to the cleaning of the house. (Other times after consultation with the caretaker).
Wintering is possible at € 750 per month at a minimum stay of two months. House rules: The tenant is requested to clean the house himself and to launder the bed linen, towels, etc. The tenant has to inspect the inventory with help of an inventory list. Deviations are to be reported to the caretaker as soon as possible. Damage or loss of inventory is to be reported to the caretaker asap. Damage due to fault of the tenant will be charged to the tenant as well as loss of inventory. In the Urbanization the tenant is expected to behave according to local values and rules. He is to be aware that the house is part of a community where people work and live permanently. Landlord or caretaker is permitted to undertake corrective action in case of complaints of neighbours. A full gas cylinder is included in the rent. Additional cylinders have to be paid extra. The use of electricity and water is included in the rent. The tenant is requested to use both economically. The tenant will be given a set of keys. In case of loss of the keys the locks will have to be changed at cost of the tenant. The house is suitable for max. 5 persons. The tenant is not allowed to have more than 5 persons spend the night, unless the landlord has granted written permission.
