If you book for one week, arrival and departure are on saturdays. If you make your reservation online you receive an invoice per e-mail immediately. We request a down payment of 30%. The other 70% is due 6 weeks prior to departure from home. 1 week before your departure you receive an information package with (if necessary) your flight papers or data concerning car rental. If you cause damage to the owner's property, it will be passed on to you on the spot. For booking flights or hiring a car please contact the landlord.

House rules "Huize Bakker" in Vouno, Greece.

1. Don't throw toilet paper in the loo after use but in the proper pedal bin by the loo.
2. Replace the bin lining by inserting a new polythene bag. Chuck the old bag in the container at the corner of the street.
3. Clean the drain and the bath tub regularly after use. Once a week a lady comes to clean the house.
4. Towels are for domestic use, so don't take them to the beach.
5. Breakage should be reported to Dimitri Latines (sweet shop) in Nenita.
6. Bed linen is replaced once a week and belongs to the inventory of the house.
7. Garbage must be dumped in the big container at the corner of the main street.
8. Please remove empty bottles and other empties and put these in the container, too, before you leave.
9. On departure, empty the refrigerator, turn it off and leave its door ajar. Bring in the washing machine, tidy up the the kitchen and the shower. Remove the things you aren't taking along or put them ready for removal by the cleaning-lady.
10. Don't forget to turn down the black knob of the main switch.
11. Please leave the place neat and tidy.
