If booking for 1 week, arrival and departure are on Saturdays. In case of online reservation you receive an invoice per-email immediately. We request a 50 % down payment. The other 50% is due one month in advance. On receipt of your down payment we send you a confirmation and an itinerary. If there is no damage to the interior or buildings, you receive the entire deposit in return. The landlord will book the amount into your account. If there is any damage, please report this. The deposit is used to cover the cost of repairs.

Arrival time: 15.00h, Departure time: 10.00 a.m. The electricity charge is to be paid on the spot.

Any Prices quoted may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Unless agreed with the advertiser, payment is due in the currency quoted.
