• Reservation Fee : EUR 55
• Deposit : EUR 150
• Endcleaning : EUR 25 (fixed price)

You are requested to pay 50% of the total amount within 10 days in advance. The other 50% is due 1 month prior to departure. You need to bring your own linen and towels. Blankets and duvets are present. Small pets are welcome only if you bring their own sleeping-accomodation (e.g. basket) with you. No cleaning charges when you clean the house yourself at departure. The janitor will check this. If you wish you can agree with the janitor to have the end-cleaning done on payment. Please separate garbage as indicated. You are requested to pay the janitor EUR 1 tourist tax per person per night. NB Christmas and New Year 2 weeks only.
