Arrival and departure on Saturdays in case of a reservation for a week. If you book online, you receive an invoice per e-mail immediately. We request a 30% down payment. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks in advance. On receipt of your down payment we send you a confirmation and an itinerary. If there is no damage done to interior or the buildings, you receive the entire deposit in return. The landlord will book the amount into your account. If there is any damage, please report this. The deposit is used to cover expenses of repair. If you intend to bring pets, please notify in advance. Dogs must be leashed. In the period from November till March the electricity is paid on the spot. There is a natural disposal of the drainage (septic tank). For cleaning the sanitation please do not use anything else than the special products you will find in the house.
