Pets that are not too large, are allowed on condition that you clean the whole place thoroughly afterwards.

Smoking in the bedrooms is not permitted! Take meter readings at arrival and departure.

The use of electicity and water will be deducted from your deposit. The remaining amount will be restituted to you by the landlord.

Arrival from 14.00h. You are requested to leave the house clean. In case the premises are not sufficiently clean, €100,- will be deducted from your deposit.

Tourist tax is €0,60 per person per day (from 10 years of age onwards). You can pay this amount to Mr Dijkstra as well.

The key will be send to you after you've payed the deposit € 250 to: S.Dijkstra, Dutch Bank account number 1505306

This property is available for rent on a weekly basis
