Local Information

 
The house is fully furnished. Blankets, linen and towels are present. In the living-room is a fireplace and electric climate control. (cold and warm). The open kitchen has cooking gear, a refrigerator, electric hot-plate and a washing-machine. There are two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with 2 single beds, the other has a double bed. You have a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet at your disposal. There is also a roofed-over terrace with garden furniture. The house is suitable to live all year round. The average temperature is 20 C.

Chios has a rich history and a varied landscape, from mountains to citrus fields. A lush vegetation with a lot of green, high mountains, wide plains and beautiful mountain tops with fir trees make the island a very special place. Nenita is a coastal village south of the island capital Chios. In Nenita everything is still authentic. Beautiful small traditional houses in narrow streets paint a pictoresque image and masstourism hasn't discovered Nenita yet. Our entirely new apartments lie in the town centre and everything can be reached on foot.

You can visit several villages in a 1,5 mile radius.
