It is best to explore Prague on foot or make use of the public transport. A day ticket will cost you ± 3 € and a 7-day ticket is ± 10 €. – This world city is full of opportunities for dining, going out and enjoying sports. There are even plenty of golf facilities: 4 indoor- and 3 outdoor courses. The baroque St. Nicholas Church and the Waldstein Palace in the quarter Malá Strana (Lesser Town) are worth seeing by all means as well as many other palaces, gardens and churches, small boutiques, antique shops and restaurants. Walk over the pedestrian Charles’s Bridge across the Vltava (Moldau) river occupied by painters, souvenir stalls and street musicians. A visit to Josefov (the Jewish Quarters) with the Old-New Synagogue, the impressive Old Jewish Cemetery and St. Agnes Convent is an absolute must. In the Old Town (Staré Město) take a walk around the Square with Jan Hus monument, Týn- and St. Nicholas Church and the Old City Hall with its astronomic clock.
