The apartment has a separate entrance and a private parking space in the underground garage. Furthermore, here you will find a modern ski area with a ski shoe warmer, a small laundromat (2 washing machines, 2 driers and a steam ironing station), sauna, solarium and table tennis table. In the region around Kirchdorf-Gasteig in Tyrol, you are guaranteed not to be bored. The Wild Emperor Mountain, the legendary vicious alley at the back of Berg in Gasteig, wonderful hiking trails with picturesque mountain pines and an original distillery in the Kaiserbachtal Nature Reserve are among the attractions you'll find in these romantic mountains. In Kirchdorf and St. John there are indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts (including free indoor tennis courts), bowling, table tennis and horseback riding. For golfers there are beautiful courses in Kitzbuehel and Kirchdorf. Furthermore, there are many walking and hiking trails which lead through one of the most beautiful areas of Tyrol, near the Kaiserbachtal Nature Reserve.

This upstairs apartment has a double and a bunk bed room, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer, and a separate second shower as well as another toilet. There is a combined living / dining room with a convertible sofa which can accommodate 2 persons. You will find a comfortable dining area for six and a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, extraction fan, round sink, stove with four hobs and an oven, coffeemaker, toaster and blender.
