This beautiful and cozy holiday home is located in an area with other holiday homes on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in the village of Balatonfenyves. The area around the house is peaceful and quiet so you can easily unwind and relax. The house was built in 1983 and is renovated each year prior to the onset of the holiday season. The entrance to the home is a long pergola covered by grapevines, providing plenty of shade during summer. Beneath the pergola is space to park 5 cars. At the rear of the house is a terrace which is also covered by grapevines. This area provides the perfect place for a nice dinner accompanied by a delicious wine.

Local Information

Entering the house you find a toilet (with wash basin) on the right, on the left is the living room. Here you will find a table with six chairs, a TV and a cupboard. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, gas cooker, coffee machine and table. It is also sufficiently equipped with china, cutlery, and pots and pans. In the corner of the kitchen is a cozy seat. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. In one of the rooms there is a double bed, sofa, table, couch bed and wardrobe. The other room is furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, armchair and table. Both of the rooms have a terrace. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, wash basin and toilet. On the first floor a kitchen and a bedroom can be found. The bedroom contains a collapsible sofa, table and two chairs, and a wardrobe. This room has a balcony. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. In one of the rooms there are two single beds, a table, two armchairs and wardrobe. In the other room there is a double bed, a table, two armchairs and a wardrobe. The second floor has a bathroom with bathtub and wash basin and there is a separate toilet. Smoking is not permitted inside the house - you can smoke freely on the balcony or in the garden.
