The area offers plenty of possibilities such as cycling, hiking or angling in the Ardennes. The town of Biron is remarkable for its beauty of nature with wild rivers and dense forests. For viewing impressive castles you are at the right spot. A folder in the house contains information on activities in the area. Save from long hikes or cycling tours through the wonderful nature, this region offers much, much more.

The bungalow for 8 persons lies in a remote, wooded area. It is fully furnished. There are three bedrooms, one of which with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds and a room with bunkbeds and two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dinner-set for more than 8 people. A TV with satellite dish stands in the living-room, where you also find a playstation and several games for the children. Furthermore there is a DVD-player. You can rent DVD's for € 1,- a day at the landlady's. A list of available DVD's is present in the house. Behind the house is a huge lawn for children to play on. In case you wish to wash your laundry, there is a launderette in the centre of Barvaux.

In the Belgian Ardennes there's no need to get bored. There's plenty to do! The region around Hotton and Durbuy has several tourist activities. In tourist towns like Durbuy and Laroche you find many quaint little shops, restaurants and cosy bars. During the summer months weekend markets and flea markets continually take place in the area. You can visit one of the regional breweries. A cultural day trip to the Hotton or Han caves is absolutely worth your while. At Hotton there are possibilities for abseiling, pedal boating, and canoeing. In Ny, a placeat walking distance from the bungalow is an educational farm with several recreational possibilities for children: The Land of NY. You will find an outdoor swimming-pool in this townas well. In short: everything is at hand to make your stay in the Belgian Ardennes to a success.
