The La Valserine holiday resort is located in the village of Lelex-Crozet, at a height of 900 meters. La Valserine consists of 60 renovated apartments spread among several small houses. All of the apartments are either on the ground floor or 1st floor. The resort is very suitable for families with children as it has a children's play area (for children ages 3 to 6) and several child/youth clubs for ages 6 to 17. Various activities such as topical meals, movie nights and children's performances (etc) are regularly organized on afternoons and in evenings. On the grounds you will find: a reception area with tourist information, free WiFi room, a sitting area with fireplace, a bar, snack bar, barbecue area, laundry and a parking lot. For your enjoyment there is a reading corner, games, table tennis, a playground and a small heated swimming pool with children's area (July and August). Shops are located 600 meters away. Pets will be allowed for an additional fee and provided you have proof of vaccination. Lelex is an authentic village and family resort near the Swiss border, situated between Switzerland and the Alps. Each week (during the school holidays) there are organized guided hikes for the whole family in the immediate surroundings. For children between the ages of 4 and 10 there is (during school holidays) a club with activities such as building snowmen and sledding. There is also a club for ages 11 to 14 with fun sports activities such as snowshoe tours. The ski lifts are located just 400 meters from La Valserine, where you will also find a school for children. For the little ones, ages 6 months to 6 years, there is a children's nursery 150 meters away. At a distance of 400 meters there is a snow garden for children 4 to 6. In the winter the bed linen package is included in the price. There are special rates for ski passes, cross-country ski passes, rental of ski equipment and ski lessons.

Local Information

The 3 bedroom apartments are suitable for a maximum of 7 persons and have an area of 36 m2. The apartments are located upstairs. They consist of a living room with a 2-person sofa bed, one room furnished with a double bed and another room furnished with a single bed and one bunk bed. The apartments have a kitchenette with electric hotplates, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric coffeemaker and refrigerator. There is a bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate toilet. Upon request, you can use, free of charge, a baby care kit which includes a crib, baby bath, and highchair. This can be reserved on-site. For an extra fee you can order: a package of linen (in the winter season, from December to March, this is included in the price), a packet of towels, cleaning or a cleaning package. You can also rent a TV. You can do this on-site. Pets will be allowed for an additional fee and if proof of vaccination can be submitted.
