When booking for one week, arrival and departure are on Saturdays. In case of online reservation you receive an invoice per-email immediately. We request a 50 % down payment. The other 50% is due one month in advance. You must pay € 500 deposit on the spot. It will be returned to you after deduction of several charges. Tourist tax € 0,60 p.p.p.d. - Water/Energy according to use. - Possible rental of linen and towels. - Additional energy charge in winter (between sep-may) EUR 1,- p.p.p.d. - Pet: € 3 per day. - Cot: € 2 per day. - Towels € 2,50 per set. - Linen: €: 6,50 p.p. per set! Prices are for 40 persons, each additional person costs € 25 per stay. Electricity charge: € 0,20 / KWH and water € 0,25 p.p.p.n.
