NOTE! Availability is not guaranteed. You will hear within 2 days if the booking can be confirmed. If booking for one week, arrival and departure are on Saturdays. Alternative arrival hours may be possible but only after consultation. In the case of an online reservation you will receive an invoice per e-mail immediately. We request a 50 % down payment. The other 50% must be paid one month in advance. Upon receipt of your down payment we will send you a confirmation and an itinerary. If there is no damage to the interior or buildings, you will receive the entire deposit in return. The landlord will wire the amount to your account. If there is any damage, please report it. The deposit is used to cover the cost of repairs. Smoking is not permitted in the house, pets are not allowed and groups of youth will not be admitted. Arrival is from 15.00h. Departure is by 10.00 a.m. Alternative hours after consultation. The rental price includes the use of the swimming pool, linen and towels. Tenants are requested to keep the house clean during their stay and to launder linen and towels if necessary. The tenant is expected to behave according to local values and customs, taking into account that the house is part of an urban area where local people live and work. The tenant will be given a set of keys to the house. In case of loss, all locks will be changed at the expense of the tenant. The following costs have to be paid upon arrival: COMPULSORY * Final cleaning € 72.50 * Deposit € 200.-* Linen and towels (optional) € 6 a piece* OPTIONAL: * Rental of a cot and/or baby-chair: € 1 per object per day. * Transfer service to and/or from Alicante Airport: € 12 per single fare.* Car rental (price according to period). Mention at the time of booking if you would like to make use of the optional services.
