Children are free to frolic and cycle around as the park is almost traffic-free. It is easily accessible by car (via E25 or E42) but can also be highly recommended for travelers by train. The station is only 100 m from the park. You can walk to the city centre and the many small shops. The surroundings of Les Doyards offer many possibilities for day trips, sports and entertainment to suit varying tastes. In winter – if there is snow- it is an ideal place for skiing, sleighing and cross-skiing. The restaurant at the park offers a broad choice of meals- both snacks and more sophisticated dishes. It is also possible to order take away dishes to enjoy at your accommodation. The terrace of the restaurant is a good place to try a regional beer while watching the kids play on the big playground. The lake and its surroundings also offer additional options for recreation: water cycling, fishing, cycling, walking, hiking or just lazing on the grass. The gym offers: tennis, basketball, volleyball and football. There is also a sauna and solarium. Other sport opportunities in the neighbourhood: mountain biking (rental at 400 m), horse riding in Mont-Le-Soy, kayaking on the Amblève, miniature golf and of course winter sports: langlauf ski-runs, skiing in Baraque Fraiture only 15 km from the park. This apartment is suitable for up to 8 persons. The (living) area is circa 68 m². The bungalow is nicely furnished, and located near the lake or only a few steps from it. There is a terrace with many plants to guarantee plenty of privacy. The living area has a dining area, sitting area, TV, and an open kitchen with four hot places, oven, coffee maker and extraction fan. There is another bedroom on the ground floor furnished with two single beds, and another separated sleeping area has a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, each of which has two single beds. Garden furniture is available and the apartment is electrically heated.
