On arrival you report to the reception where you hand over the rental agreement. You are awaited and taken to your apartment. Arrival is between 17.00 and 20.00. If you can't make it between these hours please contact us.Included in the price are a Baby Set (except in summer). The pool is open from half May to half September. Bathing cap is compulsory. Final cleaning is €35,-, Energy costs €1,50 per person per day. (children under 3 years free). Towels and kitchen towles need to be brought.You can hire bed linen for €8,00 per person, or bring it from home. Tennis court is €10,- per hour, with lights it's €12,-. A baby set in period 04/07 -22/08 can be hired for €31,00 (baby bed, buggy and high chair) or a baby bed for children under 4 costs €15,-. Pets are allowed from 25/04 to 03/07 and from 22/08 untill 25/09, on a leash and their waste needs to be collected. A pet cost euro 1,5 per day.
Upon reservation you can book an Internet Gold Key Package for 15 euros for your entire stay. In case you wish to book this service on arrival it will cost 20 euro. You can also rent this service daily. It will cost 5 euros per day.You can use the washing machine and tumble dryer for 4 euros each. Motor boats with more then 10hp are not allowed on Lake Idro. You can collect a boating certificate at the office. There are international daily newspapers on the park. Fishing is allowed but you need a tourist-license. You can collect that at the post office.
