The luxurious Panorama Residence Duna holiday park is open year round and is located in the breathtaking, picturesque little village of Dunaszentmiklós, close to the historic town of Tata. It is an ideal place for those who love peace and quiet. The holiday park, which is still under construction, occupies a territory of 5 hectares and has a total of 70 apartments. All the apartments have a splendid view of the hills and woods. The park has an excellent swimming pool with a children’s section, a water slide and a sun terrace. There is also a lovely fish pond with a cozy bar next to it. In summer, besides swimming, you can play tennis or beach volleyball. There is also a playground for children. You are sure to enjoy your holiday here!

Local Information

All terrace apartments have a lay-out which offers a maximum of space and light and offers a beautiful view. The apartments are tastefully and practically furnished and provided with all the modern conveniences. You will find various built-in devices in the open kitchen such as a combination oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker and a four-burner gas cooker with fan. In addition there is plenty of space in the cupboards for storage and a sufficient working surface for cooking. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, washbasin and a shower with a child-friendly tap. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, one of which is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedrooms have a floor carpet, a built-in strongbox in the closet (use free of charge) and air-conditioning. In some apartments the floor is covered with a laminate for guests with allergies. In the hall there is a storage closet, a hanging wardrobe and a toilet. The living room is cozy and has a dining table with chairs, a spacious sitting area with two couches, a TV-set and a telephone. The Panorama Residence "Duna" is situated on the hills of the Danube River, close to the picturesque little village of "Dunaszentmiklós". This village lies in a splendid area of sloping hills, sunflower fields and dense riverbank vegetation. This area, with its countless vineyards, is only an hour’s drive from Budapest, the capital of Hungary. Golfers can enjoy themselves at the 18-hole golf course located 8 km from the park. For wine lovers there are excellent quality wines. The Neszmélyer wine region is a world-famous wine district of Neszmély where a lot of winegrowers open their cellars for visits and wine-tasting. The landscape is also ideal for walking, cycling and fishing. Those who are looking for cultural sights will find plenty of rustic farmhouses, historic churches and museums to admire. The historic town of Tata is absolutely worth a visit as well as the castle of Eszterházy, the thermal baths in Komárom, the basilica in Esztergom and the citadel in Visegrád. For kids there is a wonderful amusement park only 20 minutes away by car, as well as a lot of other possibilities for day trips and excursions.
