It is not allowed to keep pets in the apartment or anywhere in the park. The arrival time is 14.00 p.m. and the departure is at 10.00 a.m. On request baby beds and chairs are available free of charge. For these houses the following offers apply: to book 14 days is to pay 12 days; to book 21 days is to pay 14 days. In each apartment there is a strongbox for the exclusive use of the guest (free of charge). There is a smoke and fire alarm with sensors (fire alarm system). Apartments for non-smokers are available as well as allergy-free apartments. The FIDELIO hotel system is in use, which means that you access your apartment, the strongbox and the covered garage with the same key. The whole park is car-free, it is only allowed to enter the park by car for the purpose of loading and unloading. In the high season (end of June, July and August) a free entertainment programme for children is available. The helpful reception assistants speak English, German and Dutch.
