Pets are not allowed in the apartment or anywhere in the park. Arrival time is 14.00 p.m. and departure is by 10.00 a.m. Upon request baby beds and chairs are available free of charge. Each apartment has a strongbox for the exclusive use of the guests (free of charge). All apartments have smoke detectors and a fire alarm with sensors. Apartments for non-smokers are available as well as allergy-free apartments. The FIDELIO hotel system is in use, which means that you access your apartment, the strongbox and the covered garage with the same key. The whole park is car-free. You are only allowed to enter the park by car for the purpose of loading and unloading. During the peak season (end of June, July and August) a free entertainment program for children is available. The helpful reception assistants speak English, German and Dutch.
