From this fine estate you can enjoy the beautiful views over the Umbrian countryside. This is a place to really settle you down. The completely restored estate is divided into five stylish apartments, all with their own garden. Painting- and cooking courses are often organized there. Nowadays the biological agriculture (Agrturismo) produces its own olive oil and it also had a wine cellar where it's possible to taste the wine. The estate also grows its own fruit and seeds. Facilities of the estate included a swimming pool, barbeque and a furnished garden. Guests can use the international library, provided with books in English, German and Swedish.You can rent this apartment for any day you wish to (except the high season).

This apartment is suitable for four to six persons, has a surface area of ca. 100m2. It had it's own entrance and the apartment itself covers 2 floors. The living room on ground floor is fitted with a double sofa bed and a rustic fireplace. The large kitchen is fitted with an electrical cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave and a coffee maker. There is a little storage room off the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. The bedrooms have a double bed. Upstairs is a room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is on a quiet location. All apartments are fitted with rustic and antique furniture and have central heating and satellite television.
