• Reservation Fee : EUR 55
• Deposit : EUR 125
• Endcleaning : EUR 33 (fixed price) • Touristtax : EUR 1,1 (per person / per day)


If you book for 1 week, arrival and departure are in principle on fridays. Arrival from 13.30h noon. By on-line reservation you receive an invoice by e-mail immediately. We request a down payment of 50%. The other 50% is due 1 month in advance. At receipt of your down payment we send you a confirmation and an itinerary. If there is no damage to interior or building the full deposit will be returned. The landlord will remit the amount to your account. If there is any damage, please report this. The deposit will be used to cover repairs.
