This free-standing bungalow is located in the region of north Holland (de Kop van Noord-Holland). This area has a 30 km long coastline with resorts like Julianadorp aan Zee, Huisduinen, Groote Keeten, Callantsoog, St. Maartenszee and Petten. The landscape is characterized by an abundance of water pools, dykes, polders, dunes, nature reserves, bulb-growing fields, grasslands and little picturesque villages. The small, attractive resort of Sint Maartenszee lies just beyond Alkmaar. This luxurious bungalow, completely renovated in 2004, stands in a beautiful holiday park, sheltered by the trees. The sea, the beach and the dunes are within easy walking distance of the bungalow. In the direct vicinity you will find a bicycle rental shop, a subtropical swimming pool, a sauna, solarium, modern all-weather tennis courts, entertaining discos, an Irish pub, miniature golf courses and an amusement park.

This free-standing bungalow can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. The total (living) space of this bungalow is app. 55 m². The lay-out is as follows: a living room and an open kitchen with a fridge and freezer combo, an electric cooker with hood/fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine and complete set of furniture for the above mentioned number of guests. The living room has a color TV with remote control, a DVD and video player, a dining and a sitting area. The bungalow has two bedrooms with a total of four single beds. In one bedroom the two single beds are set side by side to form a double bed. There is a double blanket on top of it. In the second bedroom there are two single beds standing apart, with a single blanket on each. Blankets and pillows are available. You are requested to bring your own bed linen, kitchen and bath towels. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is sufficient garden furniture at your disposal. The bungalow is surrounded by a very large garden where you can enjoy peace and quiet. There are two garden sheds. In one of them you will find a double bed with a TV-set and a DVD player. The other shed is used as a storage room. Here you will find a tumble dryer and bicycles which you may use during your stay. Parking is in front of the park. The tennis court and the swimming pool are situated on the far side of the park.
