Your apartment makes part of a lovely holiday home just outside Ranzi, a picturesque little village on the Ligurian coast, with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The grounds are fenced for extra security and there is a playground, a swimming pool and a big garden to enjoy the sun and the splendid view. The house is divided in five apartments. It takes just a couple of minutes by car to get to the beach of Pietra Ligure, and only a bit longer to reach Loano or Finale Ligure. The neighbouring village has a small supermarket, a restaurant and a shop with local Ligurian products. The area is perfect for enjoying a healthy country lifestyle: peace and fresh air, horseback riding, walking or cycling and of course, the sea, only 5 minutes away by car! The sand beaches of Pietra Ligure are beautiful and clean. The rocks around the beach invite for sunbathing or diving into the clear blue sea of Liguria. You can also take some sailing, surfing or diving classes.

This new four-person apartment is situated in the second floor. The interior, as suggested by the name, is fresh and colourful. The layout runs as follows: entrance hall, toilet, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower, living room with a double sofa bed, a table, a flat screen TV with a satellite link; well-furnished kitchenette with two hotplates, a large fridge and a separate freezer, a small oven and a dishwasher; small furnished balcony. The apartment is provided with air conditioning and an intercom. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden including an elegant swimming pool with chaise-longues and a playground. You are welcome to make use of all these facilities.
