All Prices are per week and Including electricity and utilities. 30% Deposit immediately on booking. A breakage deposit of £150 is required (this breakage deposit may be refunded when leaving the villa, following inspection) to be paid with the remainder of the rent 6 weeks before arriving at the Villa. Change over day: Saturday evening is preferred, but other days may be arranged to suit
