The town of El Perelló is located about 50 km south of Tarragona. El Perelló is a lively village with many facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, a swimming pool and various wine bodegas. Not far away is the small seaside resort of L'Ampolla Amettla de Mar containing several beautiful beaches where you can relax on one of the numerous terraces. The national park of the Ebro Delta is close by the farm and a visit is worthwhile because of its many rice fields, wide beaches, rare birds and different options for fishing. In the 'Els Ports' Park you will find high mountains, birds of prey, wild goats and bulls. The cities of Barcelona (150km), Tarragona (50km) and Valencia (180 km) are also worth a visit. For children there is a large park with various attractions in Tarragona's 'Port Aventura'. Other recommended excursions include the aquarium in Valencia; the Honey Museum in El Perelló; and the ecological museum in the Ebro Delta where you can canoe.
