Las Breveritas estate consists of three apartments and is located in Tenerife. Finca Las Breveritas is 150 years old and has an area of 3000 sq meters, which includes three luxury houses. They can be rented together or separately. The houses have been restored to original condition in typical Canary style. On the farm there are various facilities available for use, such as a heated swimming pool, a playground and a vegetable and fruit garden. There are also several terraces with wooden furniture where you can relax with a drink or grill with family and friends. At the Las Breveritas farm you will receive a welcome basket upon arrival. Local Information

The three apartments of Las Breveritas have an area of 45 to 95 square meters and are suitable for 2 persons. The apartments have a kitchen and a dining room (one of them with a fireplace), a bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds) and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi, bath robes and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped including a ceramic cooker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffeemaker and microwave. The apartment has a large private terrace from where you have a nice view of the sea.

Icod de los Vinos is located on the west coast of Tenerife. Tenerife is a part of the Canary Islands and has volcanic origins, which means that the beaches consist mainly of black lava sand. The largest island is the volcano El Teide with a height of 3718 meters. Icod de los Vinos is characterized by steep cliffs and expansive levels, with nearly 10 km of coastal area. The northern part of the island is a very green area, especially the Valle de la Orotave with banana plantations and a single flora. One tree which is found nowhere else in the world, is the dragon's blood tree. This tree may be thousands of years old. Beautiful places on the island include: the ports of San Marcos; the Cueva del Viento, the longest cave in the world; and the capital of the island, Santa Cruz.
