Lednice-Valtince is a cottage in the middle of a sunny wine region. The cottage was built in 2005, upon an 1862-vintage wine cellar. The village of Bulhary is surrounded by numerous peaceful and romantic vineyards and wine cellars containing Moravian wines and hospitable cellar masters. The village is also near the big Nové Mlýny lake, part of which is reserved for water sports activities and the other part is a protected nature area. -- The whole house is enclosed by a fence. Outside the house you will find a staircase which leads up to a stone terrace on the southern slope. Here there is a barbecue and a pergola where you can sit and relax. -- Via stairs you can access the indoor swimming pool (3 x 4 x 1.1 m.) with filtered water and small fountains. Surrounding it is a second terrace with patio furniture. -- At the house, on a small cul-de-sac, is parking for two cars.

Local Information

On the ground floor there is access to the original wine cellar, where grapes were once pressed. In the furnished hall (very comfortable on hot days) you can enjoy a glass of wine or Burčák (young, semi-fermented wine, from about September 1 to October 15, depending on the weather). By appointment you can take part in a wine tasting (sometimes Regent) from our own production. This is the best place for inexpensive wine tasting. -- On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with sink and shower. There is a separate toilet. -- The living room has a fully furnished, open kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, freezer, 2-burner electric cooker, kettle, coffeemaker and microwave. -- In the living room there is a big wood-burning stove which can heat the whole house to a certain degree and on which you can cook or bake. There is also a TV and DVD player here. -- From the living room you have access to the furnished porch, to the north, with a view of the village, the vineyards and wine cellars. -- On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with 4 beds. In the room with a view to the north there is a second balcony, and from the other bedroom you have access to the flagged terrace.
