This apartment is located in a beautiful rural house set on a hill, just 8 km from Trasomeno Lake, in the heart of Umbria. The house consists of several comfortable apartments in the midst of a 20 ha green area. In the garden there is an orchard and a grain barn, which add color to the landscape depending on the season. Guests of the house have access to some nice swimming pools, one of which is equipped with a Jacuzzi. The swimming pools can be used at night, providing the guests do not become too disruptive for other guests. From the terrace you can enjoy an excellent view of the Umbrian landscape with Trasimeno Lake in the background. Guests also have the possibility to use the wellness center equipped with a 6-person whirlpool, sauna, shower and toilet. This is perfect for cold winter evenings! There is also a playground, Jeu de Boules and a small football pitch. In the area there is a separate parking lot. The facility has a laundry and you have the possibility to rent mountain bikes. Every week the landlord and his family organize a tour of the estate where you have the opportunity to taste in-house wines accompanied by delicious appetizers.

The apartment has an area of about 50 m2 and is suitable for four to five persons. The apartment has a covered arcade on the 1st floor (in the front). The apartment consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room which has a 2-person sofa bed and a fireplace which adds a rustic aura to the apartment. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, water heater, Italian coffeemaker and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. The accommodation has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom is located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you will find the second bedroom, which has a sink, toilet and bidet. Guests of this apartment have a reserved place in the garden provided with lawn furniture. All apartments are done in a rustic-style and are comfortably furnished including central heating and a television.
