You walk in to the house through the front door and you find yourself in a very large ‘L’ shaped drawing room which has a very high ceiling with the timbers still exposed and an impressive granite table made from the original grind stones. There are plenty of sofa’s and chairs to relax in and you have the use of the CD player and fireplaces. This is an amazing room and from the sitting room you can access the Kitchen/Breakfast area. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. There is a private studio off from the sitting room where there is a laundry room housing the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

From the kitchen you then walk through a small room (currently used for storage) into a corridor and off the corridor is a Linen cupboard and a Bathroom with a bath. On the right there is a double room which can be made up into a twin beds. Just before the stairs there is a door leading into the large garden. Part of the garden just beside the house has been terraced and there is a El Fresco dining table and chairs.

Once upstairs you there is a Double Bedroom (can be made up to a twin room) with en suite shower, then another Double Bedded Room (which can be a twin) with en suite shower. To the right is the Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom which has a double bed and views of the terrace.

All beds when made up as doubles are super king size.
