Linen and some towels will be provided with the villa, although you will need to take your own beach and pool towels. If staying at the property for more than one week, clean linen will be provided. A welcome pack will also be provided on arrival at this villa.

The villa boasts full gas fired under floor central heating and is ideal for winter lets. An extra charge is made for heating in the winter months.

The pool is approximately 6 x12 metres, with Roman end steps and a cascading, disappearing horizon in the deep end. There is a barbecue house with separate shower and toilet facilities. Ample sun beds are provided, with terrace furniture for al-fresco dining by the pool. The gardens are landscaped with lawns and flower beds, are well enclosed and secluded, with parking for several cars. A table tennis table is also provided.

There are good views from the rear of the property, out across the valley towards Montgo Mountain and Javea Town.

The villa is situated only five to ten minutes drive from the old town of Javea with it's markets, shops, bars and restaurants, and yet only five to ten minutes drive to the beach. Javea golf club is a few minutes walk.
