General Accommodation Information

The villa features a contemporary living room and fully equipped stainless steel open plan kitchen. Just off the living room is a spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on a covered patio overlooking the pool and view.

The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck and view. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas. For your entertainment, there is a stereo system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD (all world system), a comprehensive library and a selection of cards/games.

The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, and a comprehensive selection of utensils and appliances as well as all cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is an attractive breakfast bar on the living room side of the open plan kitchen.

Maid service is included and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Five of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and hairdryers. These rooms can be configured as doubles or up to 4 singles, as decribed below:

The Silver Bedroom:
This room overlooks the courtyard. It has an adjoining bathroom and may be a double or up to 4 singles.

The Blue Bedroom:
This room overlooks the pool and view. It has an en-suite bathroom and can be configured as a double, twin or triple.

The Red Bedroom:
This room has an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room. It may be a double, twin or triple.

The Yellow Bedroom:
This room has a vanity unit and an adjoining exterior bathroom. It may be a double or up to 4 singles (in 2 sets bunk-beds).

The Burgundy Bedroom:
This room has an en-suite bathroom and can be a double or twin.

The ‘Green Room’ a quiet, shady place, away from the full sun of the patio. It has wrought iron ‘walls’ and blinds for weather & privacy. There is a double sofa-bed and an en-suite bathroom so may be used as an additional bedroom for larger groups.

The maximum number that can be accommodated in 6 rooms is 18.

The Villa has flexible accommodation and may be rented – exclusively - with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6.
