Living accommodation is contained within the main building on three floors (Main House), an Annexe on two floors and an independent Studio. Access between the three buildings is external only.

The property stands in just over six acres of grounds among mature trees, shrubs and lawns with splendid views over the surrounding rolling countryside and woodland. Pets are allowed on request.

There is a nine hole golf course at St-Félix-de-Reilhac (twenty kilometres) and an eighteen hole course at Marsac-sur-l'Isle (twenty five kilometres).
