This is a really lovely and very large farmhouse, situated in open countryside above Malaga in Andalucia, Southern Spain. The property has been restored to create an excellent holiday villa situated in 85 acres of private land

Local Information

The property is very rural and is an ideal spot for walks and enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful countryside. There is a small local shop just 1 km from the finca entrance and seven "ventas" (bars/restaurants) within 2 kms. In spite of its rural location, the estate is only a few minutes from a large modern shopping mall (hypermarket, 12 screen cinema etc.) and about a 15 minute drive from the city of Malaga, with its beautiful unspoilt old town, huge range of shops, bars, restaurants, and the new Picasso museum.
Again, it is only a 20 minute drive to the coast and there are many beaches along this coast worth visiting. All types of watersports are on offer.

The nearest golf course is 20 kms from the property. Along the coast there are approximately 25 courses within an hour's drive.
