An exceptionally spacious covered verandah with magnificent views across the countryside to the sea runs the full length of the property.

Leading from this verandah is a very large and airy sitting room, beautifully furnished and decorated. A staircase leads up to a mezzanine level with a study area. Off the living room is a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

In the main house there is a charming air-conditioned master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a single bedroom which can also be accessed from the master bedroom if required and a twin bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. There is also a separate shower room and a cloakroom. The air-conditioned fourth twin bedroom and ensuite bathroom is on a lower level with its own patio and access to the pool terrace. This bedroom has a separate exterior entrance and a third bed can be added to this room if necessary. This house is fully heated making it ideal for letting in the Winter
