General Accommodation Information

Delos Villa has a private garage, and from here there are steps up to the property. The large main house is built on two floors, and the lower floor has a large living room with typical Cycladic style furnishings, built in sofas with cushions and an open fire which adds much charm. There is also a dining area and open plan kitchen which is well equipped. There is a TV and a telephone for incoming calls.

On this floor there is a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is another double bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the upper floor which has splendid views from the balcony.

The large guest house area is alongside the main house and opens up onto the pool terraces with fabulous sea views. The first suite consists of a large open plan loft (patari), on the ground floor there is a double bed, a small kitchen corner and a bathroom. On the mezzanine level there are two twin beds. There is another spacious suite next to it, and this has a double bed, a single bed, a small kitchen corner and a bathroom with shower.

The third room is a tiny single room with bathroom, and is next to the bar area.

The property has air-conditioning and has central heating for winter months. There is also a newly installed filtering system for better quality water.
