Delos Villa has recently been built in the traditional white Cycladic style for which Mykonos is so famous. The interior is also stunning with traditional style furnishings. The main house is built on two floors with a guest house running alongside the pool terrace. The villa has a wonderful swimming pool with roman steps. The pool is set in a large terrace, is well protected from the winds and has fabulous sea views. Mykonos Town is only about 4 kms from here, so just a short drive to the nightlife, boutiques and superb restaurants.

Local Information

Anovolousa/Kanalia is a residential area with few other villas so is always peaceful and tranquil. Mykonos Town with its lively nightlife, fabulous boutiques and tavernas is only 4 kms away. The nearest good beaches are within 2 kms and so are watersports facilities. There are a number of other beaches further afield. A car is essential for this property in order to make the most of a visit to the island.

The sea is only 100m from Delos Villa so it is possible to walk down to this rocky coastline and there are small coves nearby.

Directions

By flight to the new international airport at Athens and then either a domestic flight to Mykonos or taxi from the new airport to Piraeus and then by ferry to the island. There are also ferries from the port at Rafina and again this would require a taxi from the new airport to the harbour and then ferry to the island.

The flight from Athens to Mykonos takes about 45 minutes, and the ferry, if the Hi-Speed catamaran, takes about 3 ½ hours from Piraeus and about the same time from Rafina.

There are also direct charter flights into Mykonos and either way, clients will be met at the airport or the harbour and taken to the property. Timetables need to be checked as times of ferry departures vary from season to season, and a useful web site for this information is www.gtpnet.gr
