Situated on the edge of the Mount Irvine estate – a very upmarket residential area built around the championship golf course with most of the properties having views onto the golf course and some across the course to the sea. Only about half a mile from Buccoo village on the sea where there is a well known Italian restauruant, a lovely Batik shop and a good bar. This is where the famous ‘Sunday School’ party happens and boats leave here for snorkeling in the spectacular Buccoo Reef and other day trips around the island. Only 8 miles from Crown Point International airport, golf at Mount Irvine Golf Club and watersports at the beach within 2 miles. Scuba diving and horseriding at Mount Irvine Hotel about 2 miles away. Squash at the Grafton Hotel, about 5 miles away, a gym and tennis at Le Grand Courlan Hotel also about 5 miles away. Deep sea fishing, walking hiking and wonderful birdwatching are all available on the island. The nearest supermarket is about 2 miles away and there are numerous good restaurants nearby, from half a mile to 10 miles away. The capital of Scarborough is about 10 miles and the new Hilton Hotel with its splendid golf course and leisure facilities is about 5 miles away.

By air to Tobago’s Crown Point International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property. Clients will be met either at the airport or at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area.
