These wonderful villas have been built and designed in traditional colonial style, and nestle into the green hillside only a few steps from the beautiful beach at Stonehaven Bay. Property Description

Each property sleeps up to six people, and all the villas are light, airy and spacious. They have large verandas with lovely views looking out to sea, and to the sunsets through the trees. There is a shared pool and bar area, as well as the facilities of the reception with their helpful and friendly service. Plantation Beach is ideal for families, friends, weddings and honeymoons, or anyone who enjoys a relaxing luxurious holiday in surroundings of peace and beauty.

Local Information

Stonehaven Bay is just a couple of minutes walk from these villas. It is a lovely unspoilt beach and is one of the few beaches on the island where the Great Leatherback Turtles come to lay their eggs. The season is between April and June, and the sight of these wonderful creatures lumbering up on the beach in the moonlight is awe-inspiring. There is a beach restaurant at Stonehaven serving lunches, a dive shop, and of course, the facilities at Plantation Beach. There are many other wonderful beaches with a ten minute drive. Within walking distance are some of the best restaurants on the island, as well as a few small shops and an ATM. Plantation Beach is a birdwatchers paradise and just next door there is a bird sanctuary. The championship golf course at Mount Irvine is only a few minutes away.

Directions

There are direct flights from the UK to Tobago on either charter or scheduled airlines. Alternatively scheduled flights go via either Barbados or Trinidad. A taxi can be arranged for transfer to Plantation Beach. We do recommend car hire, which can either be picked up at the airport or delivered to the property.
