Situated on the Mount Irvine estate - a very upmarket residential area built around the championship golf course with most of the properties having views onto the golf course and some across the course to the sea.

Only 13kms from Crown Point International airport. Mount Irvine Golf Club within 3kms.

Mount Irvine beach within 3kms. Nearest supermarket is about 3kms. Scarborough about 16kms. Numerous good restaurants between 1.6kms and 16kms away.

Nearby activities include: Golf at Mount Irvine championship golf course. Watersports at Mount Irvine beach, within 3kms. Scuba diving at Mount Irvine Hotel, within 3kms. Horseriding at Mount Irvine Hotel, within 3kms. Squash at Grafton Hotel, 8kms away.

Gym and tennis at Le Grand Courlan Hotel, 8kms away. Deep sea fishing, walking, hiking, birdwatching all available on the island.

The housekeeper is available daily except Sundays, normally from 9.30am - 2pm and can prepare breakfast and other meals by private arrangement.
Linen changed every 3 days, towels every other day. Personal laundry by private arrangement.

There is an extra charge of US$60 per night for the 5th bedroom.

House is approached from the road through gates into parking area and car port. The property is set in a really lovely well established garden with tropical plants and shrubs with a lovely pool terrace and kidney shaped swimming pool of about 6 x 9 metres with jacuzzi. Excellent barbecue area, outside shower and WC. Very private and secluded pool area.

Directions

By air to Tobago''s Crown Point International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property. Clients will be met either at the airport or at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area.

Clients will be provided with a contact telephone number should assistance or advice be required during the holiday, and are reminded to always contact the owner or their representative if they have any problems of any kind.

Car hire is essential in Tobago and this can be arranged in advance for clients
