General Accommodation Information

To each side of the hallway is a twin bedroom with very tall wooden shutters to the front and side, all of which can be opened right out to reveal views across the pool to the sea.
Each bedroom has its own shower room behind a three quarters wall, so the shower room is not completely walled off to make a separate room.

These bedrooms are very attractive with unusual features and décor and wonderful outlook. There is a TV room adjoining one of the twin bedrooms on this floor which has a futon for extra accommodation.

From the hallway is an extraordinary circular staircase leading to the first floor, where there is a really nice fully equipped kitchen of a most unusual design.

The living dining area runs the full length of the house with full height wooden shutters which can be folded back to completely open out the entire living area on to the covered verandah with wonderful views across the bay and out to the Caribbean Sea.

The Master bedroom has a queen size double bed, bathroom with three quarters wall and again very unusual and attractive design and décor. Each bedroom has split level aircondition unit and ceiling fans. Ceiling fans throughout the living areas.

If all the shutters were to be folded back, the whole of the first floor could be completely opened up and as the house is totally private and not overlooked, would make the most amazing honeymoon or romantic retreat. The ground floor would not need to be used at all.

However, for larger parties it would be important all to know each other quite well and to be aware that the house is not very private as the only walls as such are those around the circular staircase. The wooden shutters and divides do not give much privacy.
