General Accommodation Information

From the main entrance and hallway of the property there is a beautiful and enormous reception room of some 50 feet in length, furnished and decorated to a very high standard.
Numerous double doors lead from this room onto an even longer hardwood covered terrace which looks over a 40 x 15ft swimming pool or Lap Pool straight out to the Caribbean sea. The pool is made up of a deep section for swimming laps and a shallow section for children and relaxed swimming.

Leading off the reception room (sitting, living and dining) there is a splendid master bedroom with king size double bed and ensuite shower room and double doors leading out to the covered terrace.

From the long hallway there are the other bedrooms, two twin bedrooms with large twin beds and ensuite shower rooms and a second king size double bedded bedroom with very unusual and luxurious bathroom.

There is a games room with table tennis table and cloakroom. The floors are a beautiful hardwood, except for the living area and kitchen which are ceramic and marble tiles.

The very modern and beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences and also leads on to the covered terrace. This terrace has numerous chairs and tables for relaxing and al fresco dining. There are wonderful open sea views from this house.
