Large open plan living dining room with well equipped kitchen area. Big double doors lead out on arched and covered terrace with ceiling fans and outside furniture for al fresco dining. Swimming pool and terrace.
From the living area is a walk-through shower room that has a door to the covered terrace so it can be used as a pool shower room accessed directly from the outside.

A very nice twin bedroom with split aircondition unit and ceiling fan.

There is a staircase leading up to the first floor and a large landing with two sofa-bed/futons and double doors going out on to the balcony which runs the length of the house. Sometimes there is a TV in this area, making a TV room.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and double doors opening on to the rear balcony. There are also doors leading onto a patio and an ensuite shower room.

Third bedroom is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, doors to patio and double doors on to the rear balcony.

The rear balcony is not covered but there are very nice views from the rear balcony and verandah out across the garden and pool to the countryside beyond.

All bedrooms have split aircondition units and ceiling fans.
