The house is divided into 3 large apartments and is surrounded by a large garden where you can have a good rest. Each apartment has its own private area with garden furniture. There is an open Fitness Centre with many sports devices opposite the house in a quiet corridor. There is also a table tennis and a table football table. BBQ and laundrette are also part of the facilities of the estate. Guests can use the pool and the chairs, deckchairs and sunshades. You can have a good breakfast or dinner at the restaurant next door. There is a private car park. The owner will gladly inform you about the most beautiful spots of this region. You can also make reservations for museums via a special service.

This beautiful flat is for six persons. It is on the first floor and has ca. 130m. There is a small hall with a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen touching the living room is equipped with a gas stove ( 4 places), dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, electrical oven and refrigerator with freezing compartment. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed. The third one has two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and hair dryer. All apartments have central heating, telephone and satellite TV.

This beautiful house is located in the wonderful region between 'Chianti Aretina' and 'Chianti Senese'. There is en mediaeval villages Ambra and Bucine are nearby. You can hire a mountain bike or go horse riding. The Club Polo offers horse riding classes. Polo is a true team sport , similar to ice hockey, football or basketball. It is not only known because of the clothing but also because of its pleasant atmosphere. You can join hockey classes here, too. Because of the central location you can easily visit historical towns from here. Arezzo is 30km, Siena 38 km and Florence is 64km by car. Lake Trasimeno is not far either. Shopping enthusiasts can benefit from the outstanding range of wine cellars. Shopping tours to famous shopping towns can be organized from the premises where well-known brands such as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Armani are available.
