Property Description

An extremely nice, thoughtfully planned and designed estate of 15 independent, small but delightful cottage-style villas. Each villa is the same design but furnished differently according the owner's taste and preference. Depending on where the villa is situated on the estate, some villas have the swimming pool at the front of the house and others are at the rear, but the accommodation is almost exactly the same. The pools are of different sizes and shapes and some have Jacuzzis. However, with the mature gardens and thoughtful design, all these villas are very comfortable and reasonably private and child-friendly. They have very pretty, comfortable accommodation of a high standard and quality and make ideal villas for family holidays.

Situated at Bon Accord, only 3kms from Crown Point International airport. Beach at Pigeon Point only 3kms. Mount Irvine Golf Club within 8kms. Mount Irvine beach within 8kms. Nearest supermarket is about 1.6kms away. Numerous good restaurants between 1.6kms and 16kms away. Activities nearby include: Golf at Mount Irvine championship golf course, 8kms. Watersports, scuba diving, sailing, tennis and other activities all available at various hotels at Crown Point and Pigeon Point, only 3kms. Horseriding at Mount Irvine Hotel, 8kms. Squash at Grafton Hotel, 16kms. Deep sea fishing, walking, hiking, birdwatching all available on the island.

Directions

By air to Tobago's Crown Point International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property. Clients will be met either at the airport or at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area. Clients will be provided with a contact telephone number should assistance or advice be required during the holiday, and are reminded to always contact the owner or their representative if they have any problems of any kind. Car hire is essential in Tobago and this can be arranged in advance for clients.
