This apartment is situated nearby Domaso, a picturesque village on the northwest shore of Lake Como. This holiday complex is well-suited for families with children, it is open the whole year through. It consists of two beautiful buildings with 22 apartments. Guests of the complex can use the big swimming pool (16x8) with children zone, a , a big solarium and a private garden with furniture. There is also a parking lot, a fenced in play ground, a barbecue, volleyball court, a garage and a laundrette. You can take a private little path passing a camping site to get to the beach nearby. The beach is partly sand partly lawn. It is ideal for children because the lake is only very gradually getting deeper. Guests can use a dressing rooms, shower and toilet there. There is also a storage box for surf equipment. You will also find there a landing zone for boats on the lake.

This apartment has an area of ca. 40 m² and is suited for 4 persons. The kitchen touching the living room is equipped with a gas stove ( 4 places, one of which is electric) refrigerator and coffeemaker. The living room is furnished with a double bed couch. There is a bath tub or a shower in the bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with one double bed and two single beds. The apartments on the ground floor have a balcony with direct access into the garden. The apartments on the first and second floor have a balcony or a small balcony ( French style) Each flat is modern equipped and has central heating and TV set. These flats are also suited for disabled people, the bathroom, however, has no special facilities for disabled.
