This apartment is part of a farmhouse situated right in the middle of the Italian region Umbria. This farmhouse lies in between the historic towns Assisi, Perugia, Todi und Montefalco. It is built from stone and has 8 wonderful apartments and two rooms. You can enjoy a beautiful view there thanks to its unique location, 450 m above sea level on top of a hill. Nature still untouched, typical Italian cooking, superb house wines are the ingredients for undisturbed and quiet holidays here. Guest of the farmhouse can make use of the pool and the chairs around it, as well as deckchair and sunshades. You will a magnificent view from there. The holiday house has a shady garden equipped with furniture and barbecue. There is an ecological farm which produces its own olive oil and honey. It is possible to taste the delicious products of this region in the local restaurant, which is also situated on the manor. These local products such as pasta, grain, wine, grappa and truffle sauces are also sold there. Facilities as table tennis table and launderette are also at your disposal. There is private parking for guests of this accommodation.

Local Information

This apartment occupies the ground floor and has a floor area of about 120 m². It can accommodate four to eight persons. The large apartment consists of two smaller ones, connected through a communicating door. In each living room there is a double sofa bed. Rustic fireplaces in both living rooms give the home a romantic air. There are two fully furnished open kitchens adjacent to the living rooms. The kitchens are equipped with a cooker, a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Each smaller apartment has its own bedroom, both provided with a double bed. An extra bed can be placed in the bedroom as an extra-service upon your request. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. All the apartments are partly furnished with wood and antiques, which adds to their rustic look. The apartments have central heating and a TV-set.
