Local Information
This beautiful, unspoilt rural area is found in the Arta region in the north east of the island of Mallorca. The nearest village is Sant Llorenc, about 6 kms away and the nearest good beach is called Cala Agullo near Cala Ratjada, about 20 kms away. Sant Llorenc has shops, bars and restaurants but the nearest town is Arta, about 14 kms away.
A wonderful area for cycling, walking and hiking straight from the property and there is a golf course within a short drive at Son Servera, about 13 kms away. The resort of Porto Cristo is only about 15 kms away as are the famous caves – Coves del Drach.
The airport is about 55 kms away and the city of Palma about 60 kms.

Approached by a long lane and private drive the house has a large gravel parking area, a garage adjoining the house, front terrace covered in flowering bignonia, an old well and magnificent views. Surrounded by its own garden and enclosed by low stone walls there is a very attractive tear shaped, mosaic tiled swimming pool of about 10 x 5 metres at the widest, with Roman steps. There is a pool house with WC, shower and barbecue. Lawned garden with low stone walls, sun loungers and outside furniture. There are two spacious covered terraces, one leading from the living room and the other from the kitchen. Both have refectory tables and chairs and wonderful views across the garden and surrounding countryside. This is a glorious location of exceptional privacy and seclusion. The exterior areas of this property provide a great deal of space and wonderful opportunities for al fresco living. The property is powered by generator and solar power.
