Newly constructed, this very attractive and extremely well appointed single storey stone villa is set in a lovely enclosed garden with lawns, large pool terrace with covered seating area, and a swimming pool of about 5 x 10 metres.

This extremely comfortable house sleeps up to five, in two double bedrooms and an extra bed in living area, or bedroom.

There are pretty views across the countryside and the property is in an excellent position for visiting different parts of the island of Mallorca.

Within the same enclosed grounds is SES TENDES PETIT and the properties can be rented independently, or together. They would then accommodate up to nine people. CLICK HERE to view details of SES TENDES PETIT. There is also a separate studio that can be rented with either Ses Tendes Petit or Ses Tendes Gran, or with both for large parties. The studio cannot be rented independently.

Local Information

Located only about a kilometre away from the small town of Algaida, situated in a quiet rural area only about fifteen kilometres from the airport, and about twenty kilometres from Palma city.

The nearest good beaches are at Cala Pi and Sa Rapita, about twenty five kilometres away. This is a very good position for easy access to some lovely parts of the island..

For those wishing to enjoy horse-riding during their holiday on Mallorca, there is the excellent equestrian establishment known as RANCHO SON CALLAR within easy driving distance.

The price for Ses Tendes Gran is for up to four people; there is an additional charge for the extra bed to accommodate a fifth person.

The studio cannot be rented separately, but only with either Ses Tendes Petit, Gran or both.

The property is approached down a quiet lane, through wooden electric gates. Outside is a beautiful garden with flowering shrubs, an excellent pool terrace set in the lawn with swimming pool of 5 x 10 metres and a covered seating area, with barbecue. The pool terrace and swimming pool is some ten metres from the house, set in lawns, with lovely views across the countryside.
