Local Information

Located within just a few yards of a quiet beach, this magnificent house looks out over a picturesque and sheltered bay in L’Anse aux Épines, the largely residential area in the south of Grenada with beautiful white sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and numerous facilities, some of which are within walking distance.

As well as the lovely beach just in front of the property, the stunning Grand Anse beach is only a ten minute drive away, two kilometres of white sand dotted with palm trees. There are numerous watersports available from this beach and close by is the Grand Anse Shopping Centre catering for all essentials.

The picturesque, historical capital of St. George’s is about fifteen minutes drive away from the villa and there are a wide variety of restaurants within easy reach.

Only about eight kilometres from Point Salines International airport * Grenada Golf and country Club within about 5 kms * Grand Anse beach, about 6.5 kms * Nearest supermarket is about 2 kms * St. George’s is about 16 kms * Numerous good restaurants between 500 metres and 16 kms.

Cinnamon Bay is fully-serviced by Cicelin, your housekeeper, six days a week. All your laundry and normal housekeeping needs are provided for, including cooking and babysitting if required.

Your housekeeper can provide a limited menu meal service, including breakfast and other meals at a small additional cost. Alternatively, more extensive and elaborate catering can be provided up to international cuisine standards, either in buffet form or more formal arrangements. Where additional catering and staff services are required by guests, these will be quoted and charged separately.

A travel cot for an infant is available if needed.

South-facing sun and pool terrace, it has beautiful wooden furniture, and a superb infinity edge swimming pool. The crystal clear pool is balanced with Baquacil, making it free of chlorine and all the associated problems. Two gazebos provide covered outdoor dining and seating areas, and there is ample space for relaxing in and out of the sun.
There is a large gas-fired barbecue for outside catering.

By air to Grenada’s Point Salines International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property.

Clients will be met at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area.

Clients will be provided with a contact telephone number should assistance or advice be required during the holiday, and are reminded to always contact the owner or their representative if they have any problems of any kind.
